We’re excited to introduce the Cottages on Cochran—a thoughtfully designed cottage court community in Union City, developed by MicroLife Institute in partnership with Fulton County, ANDP, and the Reinvestment Fund.

This nine-home community will feature a mix of beautifully designed cottages, including

and a 3-bedroom/2-bath single-story home

all centered around a landscaped shared courtyard with community amenities and off-street parking. Designed with a focus on walkability, human-scale living, and connection, this is a place built for real community.

What makes this opportunity truly special is the significant subsidy made possible through an ARPA grant administered by Fulton County. This funding allows us to offer brand-new homes at prices below the actual cost to build them—a rare and meaningful opportunity for income-qualifying households. Homes are anticipated to be priced in the $200s for buyers earning 60–80% of Area Median Income, helping open the door to homeownership in today’s challenging market.
